Refund policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly online. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Before you access the product

You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days, as long as you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content.

After you access the product

At checkout, you agree that access starts immediately and that your right to cancel ends once you access or download the content, as allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After that point, purchases are not refundable.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product doesn't work, can't be accessed, or is not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wealthlegacy.co.uk with your name, order email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Wealth Legacy Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our store. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you buy a product or sign up for a free resource.
• Order and payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited, collected by our store platform.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and give you access to it (performance of a contract).
• To answer your questions and handle refunds (legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
• To keep financial records required by law (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run our business: Stan Store (our online store), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@wealthlegacy.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Using our products

When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use it for your own learning or business. Where a product includes resell rights, as DWA does, you may resell it only as set out in that product's licence terms. Otherwise, you may not copy, resell, share or publish our content without written permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our store.

No guaranteed results

Our courses and content are educational. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any specific income or business outcome. Nothing we publish is financial advice.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
